How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

Our reservations team/ online booking will send you an email confirmation, if you do not receive this then please call the hotel on 0208 884 8100.

I will be arriving later than stated check in time, can I still check in?

There will always be a member of staff on duty to check you in, 24 hour reception.

I would like a late check out, how do I do this? Will this cost me?

The latest time to check out would be 1pm, there is a charge of £10 per hour to do so.

Can I pay for my stay in advance?

Yes you can, to do this please call 0208 884 8100 in order to receive a pro-forma to fill out, this has to be completed… in advance.

We have children, can we get extra beds/ cots in the room?

Yes at a charge of £20 per bed/cot.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes we do everywhere in the hotel and this is complimentary.

Do you have room service? What are the hours?

Yes up until 9:30pm, after which we have a small 24hour sandwich menu which includes one hot night dish.

Do you have a fitness centre?

The fitness centre is open between 7am-9:30pm. Please look on our website for further details.

Do you have onsite parking?

Yes we do onsite parking, which is complimentary during your stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your room by 4pm on the day of arrival.

Is my ID/Passport required at check in?

If you do not live in the UK then we require some form of ID when checking in.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into rooms?

18 years of age.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Do you have inter-connecting rooms?

Yes we do have connecting rooms, these would need to be reserved by our reservations team on 0208 884 8100.

What are the hours of the restaurant/bar?

Our Brasserie is open 6-10pm (excluding Sunday)

Kings Bar 9am-11pm non-residents. Residents may order after this time from the bar or through the Night Manager.

Kings bar Lunch 12-6pm.

Afternoon Tea 2:30-5pm.

Bar Snacks up until 10pm.

How much does the hotel authorise on my debit/credit card at check in?

There will be a pre-authorisation on check in of £50 per night, to cover any extras, this will only be on hold and if not used will be released back onto you card on departure.

How do I book a meeting, conference, wedding, birthday?

Can I bring my pet?

We do not allow pets at the hotel, only guide dogs.

Can I reserve a table in the restaurant?

Where can I get a copy of my invoice after departure?

You can call our reservations team on 0208 884 8100, who would be happy to assist.

What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in the room?

You can call our reception team, who will inform housekeeping on 0208 884 8181.

When do I pay?

Payment in full is due on arrival. Please note: It is hotel policy to make a £50.00 pre-authorisation on your debit/credit card, per night on arrival at the hotel. Please note that cash deposits are not accepted. Without this, guests will not be able to stay but will still be charged.
