How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

Our reservations team or online booking will send you an email confirmation, if you do not receive this then please call the hotel on 0208 884 8100.

How do I guarantee my reservation?

We require your personal debit or credit card at the time of booking.

I will be arriving later than stated check in time, can I still check in?

We have a 24 hour Reception and there will always be a member of staff on duty to check you in.

I would like a late check out, how do I do this? Will this cost me?

The latest time to check out would be 1pm, there is a charge of £10 per hour to do so.

Can I pay for my stay in advance?

Yes you can, to do this please call 0208 884 8100 in order to receive a third party payment form (registered companies only) to fill out. This has to be completed in advance.

We have children, can we get extra beds or cots in the room?

Yes at a charge of £20 per bed or cot for children under the age of 12. (Subject to availability)

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes we do in all area of the hotel and this is complimentary.


Do you have a fitness suite or gym?

Yes we do. It is open between 7am-9:30pm for residents only to enjoy. Please see our website for further details and don’t forget to sign a Medical Questionnaire  up on check in.

Do you have onsite parking?

Yes we do have onsite parking, which is complimentary during your stay. (Subject to availability)

What is your bedroom cancellation policy?

You can cancel your bedroom by 4pm on the day of arrival free of charge. After this time, full charge will be applied.

Is my ID/Passport required at check in?

If you do not live in the UK then we require photographic ID when checking in.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into rooms?

18 years of age.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Do you have inter-connecting rooms?

Yes we do have connecting rooms, these would need to be reserved by our reservations team on 0208 884 8100.

What are the hours of your restaurants?

Our Brasserie is open for Breakfast from 7:00 am – 9:30 am Monday – Friday and 7:30 am – 10:00 am Saturday and Sunday.

Kings Bar 9am-11pm.

How much does the hotel pre-authorise from my debit or credit card at check in?

There will be a pre-authorisation taken on check in of £50 per night, to cover any incidentals.  This will only be on hold and if not used will be released back to your card after departure. Please note that cash is not accepted.

Can I bring my pet?

We do not allow pets at the hotel, only guide dogs.

Can I reserve a table in the restaurant?

To reserve a table please call 0208 884 8200 between to the hours of 9:30 am – 6:00 pm.
After this time please call our switchboard on 0208 884 8181.

Where can I get a copy of my invoice after departure?

You can call our reservations team on 0208 884 8100, who would be happy to assist.

What should I do if I lost or forgot something in the room?

You can call our reception team on 0208 884 8100, who will ask housekeeping.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit.

When do I pay?

Full payment is due on arrival, unless this has been pre paid online. Please note that cash is not accepted.
It is hotel policy to take a £50.00 pre-authorisation on your debit or credit card, per night on arrival at the hotel.
Without this, guests will not be able to stay but will still be charged.
